1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

International Shipping & Delivery Times
Motor Racing Dev (MRD) operates globally. All our garments and gear are dispatched directly from our primary manufacturing and fulfillment hub in Guangzhou.

• Standard International Shipping: Typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times.
• Please note: Due to the complex nature of international logistics, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MRD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and secondary delivery charges).

2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your apparel or gear must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, sweat, or dirt will be strictly refused.

• Please note: As an independent brand, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs back to our international facility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All original graphics, cut-and-sew paneling designs, and brand motifs (including the GHOST DRIVER project) are the exclusive intellectual property of Motor Racing Dev (MRD).

Parody & Bootleg Disclaimer
MRD creates independent streetwear inspired by classic motorsport aesthetics. Our designs feature original, parody-based artwork (bootleg aesthetics) that reimagines traditional racing culture. MRD operates as an entirely independent creative entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any official racing teams, the FIA, Formula 1, vehicle manufacturers, or their respective trademarks.
